From enquiry to delivery
1. Enquiry & quote
Send grade, volume, packing and destination. We reply with a price and lead time.
2. Sample approval
We send a reference sample. The approved sample becomes the benchmark for your lot.
3. Contract & payment
Proforma invoice, then TT or LC terms as agreed. Production is then scheduled.
4. Dispatch & tracking
You receive pre-shipment photos, the document set and tracking until arrival.
Shipping questions
Both. Sea freight (FCL or LCL) is the most economical option for regular volumes. Air freight suits samples, urgent orders and high-value retail packs.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, bill of lading or airway bill, and a certificate of analysis. We arrange additional documents on request, such as health certificates or preferential-origin certificates.
Lead time depends on grade, volume and packaging. Bulk raw makhana typically dispatches faster than custom private label runs. We confirm a firm dispatch date on every quotation.
We commonly work with advance payment by telegraphic transfer (TT), part-advance with the balance against documents, and letters of credit (LC) for larger contracts.
